Railway yjj-301 grouting agent is a kind of product used for post tensioned prestressed hole (pipe) grouting construction. It is made of a variety of high-quality cement-based materials and high-performance admixtures. It has the characteristics of excellent fluidity, stable slurry, good filling degree, no shrinkage, micro expansion, high strength and no harmful substances to reinforcement.

Application:

This product is widely used as grouting material for cement slurry and mortar concrete, especially for grouting of post tensioned bonded prestressed concrete duct and grouting of design foundation, anchor rod and other components of large-scale projects such as railway and nuclear power plant. It can also be used for repairing defects such as concrete porosity, cracks and holes.

Product features:

1. Good fluidity, high strength, no bleeding, no segregation and no stratification.

2. Micro expansion characteristics, strong plumpness of grouting and firm bonding with concrete.

3. With high filling degree, it can be used for one-time grouting construction, and the pipeline grouting is tight without pores.

4. Good durability, aging resistance, no corrosion to the reinforcement.

usage method:

1. The mixing amount is 10% (i.e. the grouting agent, the cement proportion verified by Liuzhou qiaoxia engineering Pipe Co., Ltd. is 1:9, and the weighing accuracy is ± 1%).

2. The water binder ratio should not exceed 0.33, which can be adjusted according to different grouting positions.

3. The speed of mixer is not less than 1000r / min, and the maximum linear speed of blade is limited within 15m / s.

4. The operation sequence of slurry mixing is as follows: firstly, 80% - 90% of the actual mixing water is added into the mixer, the mixer is started, the grouting agent is evenly added, mixing is conducted while adding, and then the cement is evenly added. After all the powder is added, stir for 2min, and then add the remaining 10% - 20% of mixing water, and continue mixing for 2min.

5. During construction, under high temperature conditions, the time with lower temperature should be selected, such as night construction; under low temperature conditions, construction should be carried out according to winter construction standards.

matters needing attention:

1. Suitable temperature is from + 5 ℃ to + 35 ℃

2. Mixing equipment: it is recommended to use the slurry mixing equipment which meets the requirements of technical conditions for pipe grouting of railway post tensioned prestressed concrete beams (TB / T 3192-2008).

3. Slurry storage: avoid static storage and keep the best flow rate by stirring at low speed.

4. Grouting: it is recommended to complete the grouting within 40 minutes. The fluidity of cement slurry with reduced fluidity due to delayed use shall not be increased by adding water.

Storage conditions and duration:

Sealed and stored in dry and ventilated indoor conditions, it can be stored for 6 months.
