Cushion slurry hj-290 is a dry mixture composed of cement as basic material, fine aggregate, concrete admixture and other materials. After mixing with water, it has the characteristics of good self fluidity, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, micro expansion, non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, no pollution to water quality and surrounding environment, good self tightness and rust prevention. It has the advantages of reliable quality, low cost, short construction period and convenient use. Its performance index meets the national standard of GB / t50448-2015 "technical code for application of cement based grouting materials".
Scope of application:
1. Bridge bearing installation grouting;
2. Installation grouting without base plate for mechanical and electrical equipment;
3. Anchor bolt anchoring and column base grouting;
4. Primary and secondary grouting of heavy equipment and high-precision equipment foundation;
5. Reinforcement and repair of concrete structure.
usage method:
1. The water binder ratio of cushion slurry is 0.12 ~ 0.14, and the recommended water binder ratio is 0.135; the bulk density of cushion slurry is 2.0 ~ 2.2 T / m3;
2. The construction environment temperature is 5 ℃~ 35 ℃, otherwise, corresponding measures should be taken; the water for grouting materials should meet the requirements of concrete mixing water standard, and the water temperature should be 5 ~ 25 ℃.
3. Mixing machines, grouting equipment, formwork and maintenance items shall be prepared before grouting construction.
4. During the secondary grouting, the horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base should be controlled at about 100 mm; the top elevation of the formwork should not be less than 50 mm lower than the upper surface of the equipment base.
5. During the reconstruction and reinforcement of concrete structure, enough grouting holes and vent holes should be reserved for the formwork support, with grouting aperture no less than 50mm and spacing no more than 1000mm.
6. When mixing cement-based grouting materials, water should be added according to the water consumption required by the product (recommended water binder ratio is 0.135). Mechanical mixing is preferred. During mixing, 2 / 3 water should be added to mix for about 3 minutes, and then the remaining water should be added to mix until it is even. The mixing place should be close to the grouting site.
7. Anchor grouting of anchor bolt:
7.1. When the anchor bolt hole is formed, the bolt hole wall is rough, and the hole should be cleaned up without floating ash, oil and other impurities. Before grouting, soak in water for 8-12 hours to remove the water in the hole.
7.2. Oil and rust on the surface of anchor bolts shall be removed before grouting.
7.3. When the mixed cement-based grouting material is poured into the bolt hole, the position of the bolt can be adjusted as required. It is forbidden to vibrate in the process of grouting. It can be inserted and vibrated properly. The bolt shall not be adjusted again after grouting.
8. Secondary grouting of equipment foundation:
8.1. Before grouting, the equipment bottom plate and concrete foundation surface in contact with grouting materials shall be cleaned up, and there shall be no loose gravel, floating slurry, floating ash, oil pollution, wax, etc. The surface of foundation concrete shall be fully wetted 24 hours before grouting, and ponding shall be removed 1 hour before grouting.
8.2. During secondary grouting, grouting shall be carried out from one side until overflowing from the other side, and grouting from opposite sides shall not be conducted at the same time. After grouting, it must be carried out continuously and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible.
8.3. When the track foundation or grouting distance is long, the construction can be carried out in sections according to the actual engineering situation, and the length of each section shall not exceed 5 meters. If the equipment base plate has complex structure, pressure grouting should be used.
8.4. It is strictly forbidden to vibrate during the grouting process. If necessary, grouting booster can be used. The booster pushes the grouting material along the bottom treatment of the slurry flow direction, and it is strictly prohibited to push from the middle and upper part of the grouting layer.
8.5. After the grouting of equipment foundation is completed, it is advisable to cut an oblique angle of 45 ° from the edge of the bottom plate to the outside after the initial setting of the grouting material (as shown in the figure). If the edge cutting cannot be carried out, the surface of the grouting layer shall be polished with a spatula after the initial setting.
9. Concrete structure transformation and reinforcement grouting:
9.1. The concrete surface in contact with cement-based grouting material shall be fully roughened.
9.2. For the repair of concrete structure defects, loose concrete shall be removed and exposed to reinforcement, and the edge of repair area shall be cut into vertical shape.
9.3. Before grouting, all crushed stones, dust or other sundries shall be removed and the concrete surface of base course shall be wetted.
9.4. Pour the evenly mixed grouting material into the formwork and knock the formwork properly.
9.5. When the thickness of grouting layer is greater than 150 mm, relevant measures shall be taken to prevent temperature cracks.
10. Construction maintenance measures:
10.1. During grouting, the average daily temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. After grouting, the exposed part should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film, and covered with wet straw bag to keep it moist. When plastic film is used for covering, the exposed surface of cement-based grouting material shall be covered tightly to keep condensed water in the plastic film. When the grouting material surface is inconvenient to water, the curing agent can be sprayed.
10.2. The grouting material shall be kept in a moist state and the curing time shall not be less than 7 days.
10.3. When quick setting and fast hardening cement-based grouting materials are used, the maintenance measures shall be implemented according to the product requirements.
10.4. In winter construction, if there is no special requirement for strength growth, the exposed part shall be covered with plastic film and thermal insulation material after grouting. The initial curing temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. Do not water when curing under negative temperature condition.
10.5. When the difference between the surface temperature of cement-based grouting material and the ambient temperature is greater than 20 ℃, insulation materials shall be used for covering and curing.
10.6. If the ambient temperature is lower than the minimum construction temperature required for cement-based grouting materials or the strength growth needs to be accelerated, the manual heating maintenance method can be adopted; the maintenance measures shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "code for winter construction of building engineering" (jgj104).
Mixing method of cushion slurry test:
1. Experimental equipment: JJ-5 planetary cement mortar mixer (in line with national standard JC / t681-2005);
2. Sampling: grouting material 1800g, water 243g (push
Precautions for transportation and storage:
