Gjl-101 sleeve grouting material for reinforcement connection is a dry mixture composed of cement as basic material, fine aggregate, concrete admixture and other materials. After mixing with water, it has good fluidity, early strength, high strength, micro expansion, good self tightness, anti rust, no pollution to water quality and surrounding environment. It is a dry powder filled in the gap between sleeve and ribbed steel bar“ Sleeve grouting material ". The executive standard is sleeve grouting material for reinforcement connection (JG / t408-2013).

Application:

1. Assembly grouting of precast assembled Pier (concrete bridge column, cap beam and tie beam);

2. Grouting of prefabricated buildings.

usage method:

1. The water binder ratio of sleeve grouting material is 0.9 ~ 0.11, and the recommended water binder ratio is 0.10; the bulk density of sleeve grouting material is 2.3 ~ 2.4 T / m3;

2. The construction environment temperature is 5 ℃～ 35 ℃, otherwise, corresponding measures should be taken; the water for grouting materials should meet the requirements of concrete mixing water standard, and the water temperature should be 5 ～ 25 ℃;

3. Base treatment: clean the construction surface, remove the floating ash and oil stain on the foundation surface; roughen manually or mechanically (or brush interface agent), and all construction surfaces must be firm and free of open water;

4. Check whether the grouting hole and air outlet of the steel sleeve are blocked. If there is blockage, dredge it first;

5. Connect the grouting pipe and prepare the plug;

6. According to the water binder ratio (recommended water binder ratio of 0.10), the low-speed forced mixer is recommended, which is generally about 4-6min; if the hand electric drill is used for mixing, there are many bubbles after mixing, so it needs to stand for about 1-2min, and then grouting after the bubble is broken, and the best grouting time is 20 minutes;

7. If manual mixing is adopted, the viscosity of grouting material will be relatively high at the beginning, and the mixing time needs to be extended. It is not allowed to add more water because of the high viscosity. According to the recommended water consumption, with the extension of mixing time, the fluidity of grouting material will be better and better;

8. Manual or mechanical grouting is adopted, grouting from one end (low end) to the other end (high end), and then the grouting hole and air outlet are closed;

9. Sleeve grouting material for reinforcement connection shall not disturb the grouting part within 24h after grouting.

Mixing method of sleeve grouting material test:

1. Experimental equipment: JJ-5 planetary cement mortar mixer (in line with national standard JC / t681-2005);

2. Sampling: 1800g grouting material and 180g water (recommended water binder ratio: 0.10);

3. Moisten the mixing pot and mixing leaves, but no open water is allowed;

4. Mixing: first add water, turn on the machine (start feeding evenly at the same time), first slow speed 60s ± 1s (feeding ends in 20s ~ 30s of the first 30s), then high speed 60s ± 1s, stop 30s ± 1s, then high speed 60s ± 1s, finally low speed 30s ± 1s, mixing time is 240s.
