Control system
The control system is composed of main control computer, field controller, sensor, communication unit and corresponding data line. Communication unit is used for communication between field controllers. All detection and control signals are transmitted to the main control computer through the communication unit. According to the position signal, pressure signal and height difference signal collected by various sensors, the main control computer determines the action sequence of the oil cylinder and completes the coordination work of the group Jack according to certain control program and algorithm; at the same time, it controls the opening size of the proportional valve to drive the oil cylinder to extend or contract the cylinder at the specified speed, so as to realize the synchronous control of the jack.
