Purpose:

The prestressed intelligent circulating grouting system is suitable for the construction of prestressed duct grouting.

1. Automatic weighing measurement, real-time display of water binder ratio

The system automatically calculates the water cement ratio of the slurry according to the weight of the added materials (water, cement and grouting agent). Only when the water cement ratio of the slurry is within the acceptable range, can it be discharged into the slurry tank (automatically). (in accordance with the technical specification for highway bridge and culvert construction JTG / f50-2011, the water binder ratio of slurry shall be 0.26-0.28).

2. Continuous circulation of slurry to remove air in pipeline

The circulating system of slurry is driven to form a circulating air loop in the system. The slurry with increased pressure can discharge the sundries in the duct and eliminate the factor of non compaction of grouting.

3. Accurately adjust and maintain the grouting pressure to ensure the grouting filling degree of the pipeline under the condition of continuous and constant pressure

Through the monitor on the equipment, the pressure and flow data in the grouting pipeline are monitored, and the control system adjusts and controls the grouting pump according to the real-time feedback data. Ensure that the pressure in the pipeline still meets the minimum pressure value required by the specification after the pressure loss along the way (in accordance with the technical specification for highway bridge and culvert construction (JTG / f50-2011) "for horizontal or curved pipelines, the grouting pressure should be 0.5-0.7 MPa, and a stable pressure period of not less than 0.5 MPa should be maintained after the slurry outlet is closed, and the holding time of the pressure stabilization period should be 3-5 minutes").

4. Standardize the grouting process and truly record the grouting quality

The grouting work is completed by computer program control, so as to avoid the influence of human operation and environment on grouting quality; the detection system accurately monitors the water binder ratio, grouting pressure, pressure stabilizing time, flow rate and other data of the slurry, so as to meet the specification and design requirements. The computer automatically records the data of the whole grouting process.
