Anti falling beam device
The anti falling beam device is a kind of connection device used in the bridge structure to resist earthquake and prevent the beam from falling or detaching. Its structure can be divided into various forms, and the most widely used is DJ type anti falling beam device.
DJ type anti falling beam device is widely used in the connection of simply supported bridge beams. It has the advantages of simple structure, reliable anti falling performance and easy maintenance.
Product features

1. Connect the anchor cable
(1) According to different tonnage, multiple steel strands are used, which are flexible cables;
(2) The steel strand is coated with anti rust grease, and the whole bundle is wrapped with polyethylene pipe, which is a three-layer anti rust anchor cable;
(3) Both ends of the steel strand are pressed and anchored by anchor pipe, and then the external thread is opened in the anchor pipe and locked with nuts, which is an anchor cable with good elasticity and high safety.
2. Spring
(1) The conical spring can bear the large displacement caused by earthquake;
(2) The relaxation of the strand can be absorbed by the spring.
3. Buffer
Reduce the impact.

Connecting cable size parameters

1. Place the connecting anchor cable as shown in the figure below.

2. Install buffer, spring, stop plate and nut in order.

3. Cut off the compression band of the spring. (pay attention to prevent injury)
4. Rotate the nut, slightly adjust the movement, and then tighten the set screw.
5. Install the protective cover as shown in the figure below.
